During your time on the Renegade RV swag store, you may run into a few questions. Below are some commonly answered questions. If you do not see an answer to your question below, please feel free to contact us by hitting the "Contact" button above.

Question #1 - How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Apparel may take up to 4 weeks to go through the embroidery process, ship out, and arrive to your location. This is obviously being generous, and most items will arrive within 15 days.  Non-apparel items will arrive within 15 days.

Question #2 - How can I tell if products run large or small?

Apparel items have a link below the description that says, “Click Here for Size Guide”. That will open a PDF document showing the exact measurements of every size offered in that garment.

Question #3 - Can I return an item?

Due to the item being decorated, all items are non-refundable. Obviously if there is a mistake by Spry, Inc. (a different size, product, or logo arrived than ordered), we will correct the mistake at no charge to you. Please click on the link to submit that inquiry Spry Online Support
